Starting Day Zero

362.0 Starting off with a cleanse day. The biggest thing for me is going to be getting back to drinking enough water. During the last two years of this weight gain, I have been barely drinking water, with none on some days and only a few glasses on others. Everything was juice, ice tea, and even a bit of sodapop lately.

  1. Sometimes lemon, lime or pure unsweetened cranberry juice helps me get down more water!

  2. It's just a habit/mental thing. Once I pour a glass, I actually like it. On cleansing days, I will just dilute the Cleanse juice about 6 to 1 for now. And the Accelerators make me want more water too. So far today has been good. I can't wait for my body to shift from conserving water to releasing it. Never heard of/seen unsweetened Cranberry.
